UNDP Colombia uses SDG Investor Maps to build portfolio of impact venture companies
UNDP Colombia has successfully used the Colombia SDG Investor Map to build a portfolio of impact venture companies that contribute to the transitioning of the SDGs and enabling private sector activities.
Through an open call, over 90 private sector startups were nominated. The startups are aligned to the SDG Investor Map's priority sectors where development needs and policy priorities overlap.
Next month, seven submissions will be selected by a panel of technical, financial, private sector, academia, and development experts. Three of the finalists will participate in the SDG Finance Geneva Summit on 2 December 2021 to present Colombia's progress in its Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF).
